NEEV (National education Enrichment in villages) is a social educational initiative by IIT Alumni for ensuring better education to the poor in villages and slums. NEEV started its functioning with few villages in Meerut districts in 2018 and now it is a registered organization as “Trust” with registration number 381/2019, registered in sub registrar office Meerut, Uttar Pradesh under Trust Act.

NEEV is spreading education in NCR region in villages and slum areas, more than 1000 students have been benefited by our NEEV initiative. Also in this pandemic situation of COVID 19, NEEV is continuously feeding poor and needy people and we have helped more than 2500 families in NCR till today. In this COVID-19 pandemic, our team has distributed several masks to underprivileged segments of societies, also, we have successfully trained multiple communities in making high quality masks for the protection against COVID19. We have organized more than 50 awareness webinars to spread awareness in this covid-19 pandemic in which more than 30,000 people from all across the world have participated and benefited by these webinars.  We have collaborated with digital educational platforms developed by IIT Alumni like VIDHYA, SOLVE IT NOW etc for spreading education free of cost to poor and needy kids. Dr Updesh Verma  is also featured in Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji “Man ki Baat” program.
